Each year we take the time to recognize great achievements of our members. The event serves as a platform to honor dedicated professionals for their outstanding projects that demonstrate innovation, creativity and push the boundaries of excellence.
This is an opportunity to share your achievements, gain recognition for your hard work, and contribute to the elevation of industry standards.
Projects completed between January 2025 – December 2025 are eligible for entry and are subject to blind evaluation by an out-of-market panel comprised of industry professionals & experts in building sector.

Best New Custom Home: Under $650k + Over $650k
Required to be a new construction home custom built for a client.
Judges will consider the appropriateness of the design and functionality of the custom home in the following areas: concept, creativity, impact of home features, floor plan functionality, unique products/materials used and exterior landscaping/curb appeal.

Best Remodel
Includes interior and/or exterior remodels, including additions.
Judges will consider the appropriateness of the design and functionality of the remodeled home in the following areas: concept, creativity, impact of home features, floor plan functionality, unique products/materials used and exterior landscaping/curb appeal.

Category based on appropriate final sale price to the homeowner. Can be new construction or remodel.
Judges will consider appropriateness of the design and functionality of the kitchen in the following areas: value/use of budget, layout and function, creativity and aesthetics, impact of materials used, and unique features.

Judges will consider appropriateness of the design and functionality of the home’s exterior in the following areas: proportion and aesthetics, unique features and detail, impact of materials used and site work/landscape (25 points).

Best New Spec Home
The Best New Spec Home Award celebrates a builder’s speculative creation that successfully balances market appeal with exceptional quality and design.
Judges will evaluate the home’s aesthetic appeal, the efficiency of its layout, and the overall quality of its construction, ultimately choosing a home that represents the pinnacle of residential excellence for the contemporary market. Submissions should be single-family detached homes built for sale or builder spec homes built without a specific client’s input.

For larger, phased communities, amenities in future phases cannot be claimed on this application. For single-family communities, submissions may be a master planned community, or a phase or neighborhood within a master planned community that either has their own amenities or shares amenities with surrounding neighborhoods.
